National Novel Writing Month

Here I go again. I’m going to participate in the National Novel Writing Month, which is, BTW, an international writing marathon, of sorts. You do not have to live in the United States in order to join in. The site has discussion groups all over the world. Join a group in your location, or join in another location that interests you.

Write just 1667 words a day to reach the 50,000-word goal for the month of November.

Last year I wrote how many words?

Zero.

This year, I hope to do a lot better. A LOT.

I joined just minutes ago. Find me in Pullman, Washington, under Word Wabbit.

It’s fine to plan and outline ahead of time. Just don’t start writing until November 1. More description and the rules are on the NaNoWriMo website.

On your mark. Get set. GO!

      1. Would love to but yes, adding this between school and work would be too overwhelming. I’ll just have to settle for being your cheerleader πŸ™‚
